This project will unfold as a dynamic platform consisting of a series of formats and projects that aim at sharing expertise and developing specific artistic collaborative practices promoting experimentation, research, and reflection in the field of performance and film over Eight weeks in April/May 2025.
International Living and Learning Camp - 2025 is offered mostly free for the artists. To make an incredible initiative possible, we would love to ask for your support.
“In a society rife with busy lifestyles, disconnection, and the resultant loneliness, in the face of the failure of political and educational systems as we know them and the erosion of human values, what could be the role of an artist? What should it be? In what scope can contemporary creative practices influence society? What would be the most authentic and sustainable bond between art, artist, and audience?”

International Living and Learning Camp - 2024 June/July
The program will be held from June 7th to July 14th at Weralugama Forest House – Yakvila. Kuiyapitiya, Sri Lanka. Over 30 professional and upcoming artists will participate, covering a wide range of topics such as Acting, Devising and Ensemble Training, Clowning, Alexander Technique, Commedia dell’Arte, Meditation, Character Projects, Animal Studies, Intimacy, and Immersive Performance.
The living and learning camp introduces a national need for an alternative knowledge-sharing space and gives artists the time and space to produce new knowledge regarding art forms. It provides an opportunity to explore and understand different art forms in depth.
